Step 1: Set up your Employees' PIN Codes

Before installing and configuring the multi-user terminal, make sure each employee is assigned a PIN:

  1. Go to the “Workers” section in FireMenu.

  2. Click the edit icon next to the employee's profile.

  3. Enter a 4-digit PIN code in the “PIN code for multi-user terminal” field.


    Make sure each employee knows their PIN, as they will need it to log in to the terminal.


Step 2: Install FireMenu on the Shared Device

Follow these steps to install FireMenu on the device that will function as a multi-user terminal:

  1. Open Google Chrome on the shared computer.

  2. Go to es.firemenu.app .

  3. Click “Install App” and follow the instructions to install FireMenu as an app on your device.


Step 3: Activate Multi-User Mode

  1. Once the app is installed, log in with your FireMenu-associated phone number.

  2. Go to your profile menu and select the “Multi-user terminal” option.

  3. Optionally, set the inactivity time after which the device will automatically lock. This ensures that the device doesn't remain active without interaction.

  4. Click “Activate” to switch to multi-user mode.


Step 4: Log in as an employee

Now that the terminal is in multi-user mode, employees can easily log in:

  1. Upon accessing the terminal, the employee only needs to enter their 4-digit PIN .

  2. Once authenticated, you'll be able to manage orders and access assigned functions based on the permissions configured in your profile.
